Aces High ran 2nd in an allowance at Delta Downs on Friday, February 26. He broke a step slowly but quickly rushed to the front through the chute. He was pressed on the front end by the 1-horse, Powder Keg, through the turn and down the back stretch. Eventual winner, Fear The Cowboy, stalked the leaders and drew even with Aces High entering the stretch. Aces High battled back but came up about 1/2 length short. The final time was 1:39.41. Aces High’s is 2-5-3 with $130,425 in earnings from 19 starts.
