Current Offerings

The first is our SELECT PARTNERSHIP. We have budgeted $100,000 for the purchase of colt with the physical make up and pedigree to excel going two turns on the dirt.

• 1 share (9.9% ownership) – $13,000
• 1/2 share 94.95% ownership) – $6,500
• 1/4 share (2.475% ownership) – $3,350

The second is our Mid-Level Partnership. We have budgeted up to $50,000 for the purchase and we will likely focus on a horse that can participate in a state bred program such as New York, Ohio or Louisiana..

• 1 share (9.9% ownership) – $7,500
• 1/2 share (4.95% ownership) – $3,800
• 1/4 share (2.475% ownership) – $1,950

We will also put together at least one “Value Partnership” during the upcoming yearling sale season. We have budgeted up to $15,000 for each purchase. We have had a great deal of success at this level including $12,000 purchase Victory Morning (4 wins and $54,000), $13,000 purchase Pure Victory (allowance winner at Keeneland of $68,812) and $10,000 purchase, Storm Temple Pilot (allowance winner at Churchill of $60,430 and counting).
